Scheduling and Rates
To schedule your initial appointment, My team is available from 8am to 3pm. If you call after business hours, please leave a message and they will return you call within one business day.
Fee for Service/Self Pay
If you do not have insurance or you choose not to use your insurance the following fees are required for payment at time of service.
Initial intake – $200.00
60 Minute session – $150.00
45 minute session – $125.00
Consultation
I offer a free 30-minute consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.
Reduced Fees
If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have a limited sliding scale or I can connect you with another counselor to serve your needs.

My team will review your insurance information prior to our initial session. You are responsible for your copay during each visit.

*If you do not see your insurance listed, you are welcome to call in a verify your insurance coverage as many insurance names can differ by provider.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Payment
Cash or Credit Card are accepted for payment at the time of service. Sorry I do not take checks.
Emergencies
In case of an emergency, please call First call for help at 509-535-4428, dial 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. I DO not see walk-ins or provide emergency services.
